When you send an enquiry for wedding details, these are the key questions I may ask, depending on your enquiry:

When is your wedding date? If date unknown, a rough indication - this allows me to understand how long we have to curate your vision, and ensure I have availability.

How many guests? This will matter for number of place cards, size of your seating chart, number of menus and especially live engraving.

Do you know what you want? Loaded question - I know! I am simply keen to understand if you have any theme or colour preferences to help guide the conversation, don't panic! If you have any inspiration pictures or mood boards, I would love to see them!

Where are you based/where is your wedding venue? I will need to know if the items need to be posted to consider shipping costs, timelines etc. Don't worry if you don't know it when you enquire!
