Each illustration is created on A6 size media mix cardstock using professional marker pens.
Tasha's style of illustration always features faces with closed eyes and face turned to the side.
Illustrations are completed based on pictures of your guests, all created before the big day.

The name of your guest is added to the illustration in handwritten calligraphy to create the ultimate place card.
This will serve not only as a wonderful gift for your guest, but also help them locate their special place at your big day!
A number of calligraphy styles are available, as well as a variety of ink colour options (listed below), ensuring the theme fits perfectly to your aesthetic.

The Illustrator behind the art
Hi, I am Tasha, and I have been drawing since I can remember. I have always been a creative soul, I used to love drawing my Barbie and Ken dolls, and this is how I found my passion for fashion illustration.
My style is very much hand to paper, it is where I feel my most centred creatively. I like to feel that in the digital age we are in, I still have connection to the part of me that makes me who I am. When I pick up a pencil or a pen and I have a piece of paper in front of me I feel unstoppable!
A message from us...
We met a few years ago in the wedding industry, and it's fair to say we clicked from the get go.
We bounce ideas off each other, we have fun together, and most importantly we respect and adore each other's talent.
We are so excited to be able to deliver a service that combines both of us in an industry that we love, and celebrates our individual and artistic perspectives!
HOW DOES IT WORK?
SEND A PICTURE
Once you have enquired and booked, we will need the pictures of your guests.
Each picture should be titled with the name of the person - this is SUPER important for the calligraphy step!
We will discuss and agree the writing style and colour for your place names at this stage.
An enquiry or booking can be made directly through Tasha by completing the form at the bottom of the page (link below) - you do not need to enquire with both of us!
ILLUSTRATION
When the photos of your guests are shared, Tasha will begin creating all the beautiful illustrations.
Each guest will be drawn with their head turned to the left, a smile and their eyes closed. An open smile will depend on the photo you send as the aim is for each guest to recognise themselves as much as possible.
During this stage, two examples of the illustrations will be shared with you to ensure you are happy.
The illustration stage can take up to 3 weeks (for up to 100 guests), so make sure you order with plenty of notice!
CALLIGRAPHY
Once the illustrations are complete, these will make their way to me
(Odeta), to begin adding the final touches with the guest names.
I will have access to the photos to ensure I match the right face to the right name.
This process can take up to 2 weeks, for up to 100 guests.
Once all the names are completed, you will receive a digital sneak peak of at least 2 place cards.
Final payment will be due before postage.
DELIVERY
After the balance is paid, your illustration place cards will be sent out to you via tracked signed for delivery to ensure they reach you safely.
We will alert you once they have been posted.
Tasha and I will be working closely behind the scenes to ensure we are bringing your vision to life, and although we will work hard to keep communication with you simple, if there are any issues at any point feel free to speak to either of us!
And that's it! You will receive your place cards, ready for the big day!
PRICING & IMPORTANT DETAILS
Price £8 per Illustration Place Card (including illustration and handwritten name).
Delivery & handling fee: £10
Turnaround times: Up to 3-5 weeks for up to 100 guests. For additional guests, the turnaround time increases (i.e. for 200 guests, turnaround time would be 4-7 weeks).
Rush fee: Depending on availability, if you require your order sooner than the suggested turnaround time, a rush fee will apply. Please get in touch for more information.
CALLIGRAPHY DESIGN OPTIONS
Step 1: Choose name placement
1. On-Card Writing - guest name is handwritten directly onto the illustration for a seamless, integrated look.
2. Overlay - guest name is written on a separate small piece of card and layered over the illustration for added dimension, which will be pinned with a paperclip.
This will allow the guest to remove the name and keep just the illustration after the event.*
*please note Overlay option does not allow for ‘Brush’ font given the limited size.
