Delivery and shipping
All delivery and shipping is calculated based on type of product, weight & size, and individual packaging requirements. If multiple products are bought, postage is calculated accordingly. I try to make sure I charge fair shipping prices so I cover the cost of postage and packaging only. Note weight on each listing does not reflect real product weight.
Privacy & Safety
Your privacy and safety is of the upmost importance, so we will not collect and store any unnecessary personal information. We will store your personal details for as long as our interaction is to complete any custom work, this will include your name, email and mailing address. If you sign up to our mailing list, your name and email will be used to send you any marketing information relating to Odeta B Calligraphy products and services. This data will be kept for as long as you are signed up to the mailing list.
