All my products are created with care and attention to detail, and I always send draft samples to my customers for custom orders and a picture before the item is posted to ensure that you are happy with the finished result!


If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product, please contact me and I will try and resolve any issues. Requests for refunds will be reviewed depending on the issue, and I will aim to reach a resolution as soon as possible.

If there is an issue with your item, you must inform me within 1 week of receipt, providing pictures/evidence. Any issues reported after 1 week will not be liable for a refund, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
